Shipping & Returns

UK – NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Express next-day delivery service is provided for orders from the United Kingdom. Please note that this may take longer for reasons beyond the courriers' control. During sale time, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery service.

Orders under £2500 = £7.50
Orders over £2500 = Free

 

EU (including Non-EU countries)

Orders from EU and Non-EU countries are shipped with DHL Express service which takes 1-2 days to reach the delivery address. Please note that this may take longer for reasons beyond DHL’s control.

Orders under £2500 = £22.00
Orders over £2500 = Free

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders from international countries are shipped with DHL Express service that takes 2-4 days to reach the delivery destination (subject to customs clearance). If there are any delays due to customs, we will ensure to keep you informed via the email you provided us on your order.

Orders under £2500 = £35.00
Orders over £2500 = Free

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

Alternatively, we are located in Central London and you have the option to click and collect your items from the boutique (orders must be collected within 5 days of purchase). If you request this option please contact us first to organise an appointment.

 

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

To be notified of our free shipping promotions or other offers valid on our site via email, simply sign up to our online newsletter at the footer of our website.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. You can shop online in Euros or Pounds Sterling depending on your shipping destination. UK VAT will be applied to orders shipped to EU and UK, excluding Channel Islands. The online prices shown to shipping destinations outside the EU are excluding VAT.

International orders, from non-EU countries, will be sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), which means all relevant import taxes and duties are not included. Thus, any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Please be advised that tax and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items. If a shipment is refused, we will do what we can to void the customs charges and have the shipment returned to MILA. However, we cannot guarantee that customs charges can be voided for a refused shipment. In this case, we will inform via the email you provided and deduct the amount from your refund.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. 

Please note we cannot accept returns on Bespoke orders.

The customer is responsible for returning items on all exchanges from UK; however, if you are based outside the EU you may need to pay taxes and duties on this.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all MILA FURS and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
